I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and writer. My writing has been published in Forbes, Women's Health, Men's Health, Runner's World, SELF, Healthline, Greatist, Bustle, Bicycling, Huffington Post and more. I've been a featured expert in multiple top health and fitness publications and I've served as member of the Forbes Health Advisory Board since 2021. In addition, I've co-authored several books, including "Stretch Yourself Healthy: Easy Routines to Relieve Pain, Boost Energy, and Feel Refreshed" (Prevention, 2021) and multiple travel guidebooks about South and Central America. In 2019-2020, I wrote an ongoing series for Men's Health called "Your Personal PT."
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, I worked as a travel writer in Central and South America. I earned my BA from Bowdoin College and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from NYU.
I am passionate about all things health, fitness and wellness and am particularly interested in exploring new ways to expand the health & fitness industry and create opportunities for improved health and wellbeing. I love running, travel, supporting others on their fitness journeys, and being a mom.
